Notice updated

About this notice

APPL Hydrogen Fuels Limited (AHFL) presents Project Green through this website. This notice explains the website’s enquiry form, browser preferences and optional analytics. It covers the website, rather than every activity of AHFL.

You can browse the project information without creating an account or submitting an enquiry.

When you contact us

The enquiry form asks for your full name, work email, area of interest and message. Your company name is optional. It also records your agreement for AHFL to store your details and contact you about the enquiry.

These details are submitted through Netlify Forms so AHFL can review and respond to your enquiry. The submission also includes a request reference and an anti-spam field. If you have allowed analytics, it may include campaign labels from the link that brought you to the website.

Please share only what is needed to discuss your interest. Do not include passwords, identity documents, financial account details or confidential project information.

To ask how long a particular enquiry is retained, or to request a correction or deletion, contact AHFL using the enquiry form. Removing browser data does not delete information already submitted.

Preferences on your device

The Home and About pages use browser storage to remember choices and support the website’s features.

Your analytics choice
Allowing or declining analytics is remembered for up to 180 days, unless you change the choice or clear the site’s browser data.
Light or dark appearance
Your appearance preference is stored on your device until you change it or clear the site’s browser data.
Campaign information
After you allow analytics, recognised campaign labels may be kept in browser session storage. Declining analytics clears this stored campaign information.
Site search
The built-in search matches your words against website content in your browser. The website’s search code does not submit your search words to a search service.

Analytics is optional

On the Home and About pages, Google Analytics can measure visits and campaign traffic once it has been enabled for the site and you choose Allow analytics. The website does not load the Google Analytics tag before that choice.

If enabled and allowed, Google Analytics can use cookies and information about your browser, device and page activity. This website’s analytics code does not pass your enquiry text, contact details or site-search words to Google. Its configuration disables Google signals and advertising personalisation.

The website also checks the browser’s Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals and keeps this optional integration off when either signal is set.

This notice page does not load Google Analytics. For information about the provider’s technology, see Google’s explanation of Analytics cookies.

Services behind the website

Netlify hosts the website and handles enquiry submissions. Visiting the site sends network requests to the hosting service; submitting the form sends the information described above to its form-handling service.

Google processes optional analytics data when the integration is enabled and you allow it. These providers publish information about their services and data handling: Netlify’s Privacy Statement and Google’s Privacy Policy. Netlify’s statement also points to its separate terms for processing customer data.

For questions about AHFL’s handling of a submitted enquiry, including access, retention or processing locations, please contact AHFL.

Your choices & questions

On the Home or About page, choose Cookie preferences in the footer to allow or decline analytics. Declining analytics does not prevent browsing or sending an enquiry.

Turning analytics off after it has started may reload that page and clear an unfinished enquiry. Copy any unsent message before changing your choice. Withdrawal stops the website’s optional analytics integration; it does not erase data already sent to a provider.

You can also clear this site’s cookies and storage through your browser settings.

For a question about your information or a request concerning an earlier enquiry, use the contact form and start your message with “Privacy request”. Include enough context to identify the enquiry, without sending sensitive documents.
